Our “Way of Working”

PSL have developed their own “way of working” - these include the following principles:

• PSL look to become a trusted partner in a long term relationship. This we can show provides greater benefits than that from a tendering process of supplier selection which lends itself to inexactness, over quoting and a lack of ongoing flexibility.
  
• We will agree a starting position which is specified and which will be related to during the systems development and delivery.
  
• We will work within a budget and provide the best possible relevant options.
  
• We will provide the system design, the suggestions of the best tools and will have ideas of how to produce extra added value.
  
• We seek to achieve projects via manageable phases of development and implementation.
  
• We involve the end user in regular reviewing of pre development and acceptance testing of the outcomes.
  
• We never deliver failed system concepts or applications that “don’t work”.
