What is Modus7?

Modus7 has been developed over many years by PSL.

The system is important for:

• Performance Measurement (Calculation of OEE or bespoke measures) e.g. In-house standards
• Downtime and Spoilage Analysis
• Shopfloor data collection system integrated with MRP environment
• A Standardized Integrated system across business sectors, production areas and multiple countries for Corporate Standards measurement and reporting

Where is Modus7 used?

Modus7 has been used extensively by major multinational packaging companies. Initially used in can making and food packaging plants. It has since been extended to plastics manufacturing, injection moulding and blow moulding operations.

Modus7 has proven the benefits of performance analysis for a wide range of industries and manufacturing processes.
