Equipment reuse

As high-quality IT equipment comes to the end of it's 2-3 year life at PSL we pass on our equipment through our network of charitable contacts.

Charities

We support Tearfund and Credit Action.

Our Christmas charity this year was Send a Cow to whom we made a donation in place of sending Christmas Cards to all our clients and contacts. PSL staff decided to buy a sneezing elephant this Christmas too! That is we bought a chilli plant elephant kit to help protect crops from elephants who might trample and destroy them. Chilli plants make elephants sneeze so they prefer to move away.

Flexible Working

Helping staff manage the balance between work and home life has been a priority at PSL for many years, teleworking has been the favoured way of working for some staff for the past 12 years!

A number of our most experienced staff work flexible hours, bank hours in term time to give flexibility in school holidays.
